Tahoe ski deal: Diamond Peak season pass sale ending soon
LAKE TAHOE — There are a couple weeks left to get Diamond Peak 2010/11 season passes at the Early Bird Rate.
Save 20 percent off the regular rate by taking advantage of this special deal plus get exclusive Diamond Peak season passholder discounts on third party vendors. Buy a season pass for as low as $295 (mid-week Adult resident rate) until the end of September.
There are benefits to owning a Diamond Peak Season Pass. One is first tracks onpowder days; when the resort gets 6 inches or more of fresh snow you get first shot at our untouched powder.
Another benefit to owning a season pass is two free barbecuses, one at the beginning of the season and another at the end. Also enjoy discounts at 7 Eye Sunglasses, Yoshimi Sushi, Crosby’s, Village Ski Loft and more.
Diamond Peak made changes to our age groups for the 2010/2011 season. Adult passes will now be 18-64 years old, Senior passes will be 65-69 years old and Super Senior will be 70-79 years old. If you had a Diamond Peak Season Pass in 2009/2010 and would be subject to a higher pass price due to the change you will be grandfathered in at the lower rate as long as you continue to purchase a Diamond Peak pass every year.
Diamond Peak has made a major change to the look and feel of the resort by adding a new Skier Services Center.
This center will house the Child Ski Center, Ski and Snowboard School, newly designed Ticket Windows and Public Restrooms. There will also be a Plaza area in front of this new State of the Art building for people to gather and meet up with friends and family.
