Coffin races, scarecrow building and more comes to Gardnerville Main Street Fall Fest Oct. 1
Main Street Gardnerville is hosting its annual Fall Fest Saturday, Oct. 1 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Heritage Park.
There will be coffin races, scarecrow building, live music, dozens of local vendors, and much more.
“The festival offers something for everyone in the family from harvest in the community gardens to building your own scarecrow or racing a coffin with a team of friends,” said a spokesperson for Main Street Fall Fest. “The event will also host dancers and various teams of talented performers. (It’s a) great day to simply shop at the marketplace and enjoy lunch in the park.”
The event is free to all and family-friendly.
