Security personnel informed deputies they had located a black leather jacket and a guitar near their office on the casino floor. They searched the jacket in order to attempt to locate identification, and found two documents inside: One, a notice of failure to comply issued from the Carson City Justice Court, and the other was a receipt of paid fines from the Carson City Justice Court.
