SambaDá brings Brazilian heat in return to Carson City's Brewery Arts Center
Brazilian band SambaDá made its return to the Levitt AMP Summer Concert Series at the Brewery Arts Center in downtown Carson City Saturday night, bringing with it a musical blend of heat from the Americas.
SambaDá performed on the Minnesota Street Stage before, delivering the finale of the 10-week Levitt AMP Summer Concert Series in August 2016.
Sponsored in part by the Mortimer and Mimi Levitt Foundation, the Levitt AMP Carson City Music Series presents 10 weeks of free, family-friendly concerts to the public during the summer on the Minnesota Street Stage right in the heart of the historic district in downtown Carson City.
The series has a diverse lineup of high-caliber talent spanning genres like Celtic, R&B, country, rock, Latin and Brazilian.
The public is invited to bring picnics, blankets and lawn chairs to the concerts, which will have an open lawn and lot seating. Food trucks, libations and kids activities will be available at the show.
The Levitt AMP concert series is located in the parking lot of the Brewery Arts Center's Performance Hall, located at 449 West King Street at the corner of King and Minnesota. Admission is free.
