Health Inspection Weekly Reports: two Carson City restaurants cited

The Carson City Health Department's inspections this week returned with two businesses in violation. Scores of 0 translate to full compliance with health department food safety codes.
EZ Market on W. Winnie Lane scored a 2 with a non-critical violation. The hand washing sink was not supplied with soap or disposable towels, which needed to be corrected immediately.

McDonalds on 3200 Market Street was cited on two non-critical violations.
The first violation was that at the time of the inspection, the wiping cloths were not properly used and stored. According to the report, there was less than 200 parts per million Quaternary Ammonium in the wiping cloth bucket. This was corrected during the inspection.
The second violation was that at the time of the inspection, two employee hand wash sinks had no disposable paper hand towels in the dispenser.
