Eye on Carson: BAC amps it up on Saturday night
The Brewery Arts Center (BAC) amped up an already busy holiday weekend in Carson City with its weekly Levitt-AMP Concert Saturday evening.
Crowds gathered in front of the Minnesota Street Stage to listen to the bluegrass folk harmonies of "Southwestern Pilgrimage," a Dallas, Texas-born band specializing in songs originated out of the American Southwest.
As the music played, guests relaxed to the music in chairs or reclined on the lawn in front of the stage.
Others milled about tasting the goods from two food trucks or expressed themselves on the free art canvas made available at each concert.
The Levitt-AMP Carson City Music Series, held every Saturday evening on the Minnesota Street Stage next to the BAC, runs ten weeks this summer through Aug. 6.
