— A 49 year-old Carson City man was arrested early Saturday morning at 12:05 a.m. in the 900 block of East Fifth Street for misdemeanor disorderly conduct, a Carson City Sheriff's deputy said.
According to the report, a deputy was responding to a report of a suspicious person in the area. Upon arrival, the deputy overheard the male suspect yelling and cussing at another male subject.
Contact was made with the suspect, who appeared intoxicated. He admitted to drinking a fifth of a vodka bottle and told the deputy he was "sh*t faced," the report said.
The suspect said he was trying to find his dog. The other male subject reported the suspect began banging on his apartment door, demanding help in finding his dog.
When the subject declined, the suspect threatened to find him and then started to cuss at him, the report said.
The suspect's yelling awakened other tenants in the apartment complex, according to the other male subject.
The suspect was subsequently arrested for disorderly conduct and placed in handcuffs. He was transported to the Carson City Jail where he was booked. Bail: $150.
— A 24 year-old Dayton man was arrested Friday evening at 5:51 p.m. in the area of U.S. Highway 50 East and Kit Kat Road for misdemeanor driving a vehicle with a revoked license because of driving under the influence (DUI) offenses, a Carson City Sheriff's deputy said.
The man also had a probation violation through the Carson City Department of Alternative Sentencing (DAS), the report said.
According to the arrest report, Sheriff's deputies made a traffic stop on the suspect's vehicle after running the license plate, the registered owner of which returned as having a revoked driver's license.
A visual of the vehicle's driver matched the description of the registered owner, whose booking photo was on file.
The suspect driver admitted to deputies that he was active in DAS and knew he should not be driving with a revoked license, the report said.
Dispatch confirmed the revoked license status was current. DAS requested a hold be placed on the suspect, who was subsequently handcuffed and taken into custody, transported to the Carson City Jail for booking. Bail: $3,000.
