Carson City Sheriff's arrest log: Woman booked for beating on boyfriend and his ex-wife
A 35 year-old Tustin, CA, woman was arrested very early Saturday morning at 12:30 a.m. in the 2900 block of Menlo Drive on multiple misdemeanor offenses, a Carson City Sheriff's deputy reported, including domestic battery, disorderly conduct and obstruction.
According to the arrest report, Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to the area reference a fight in progress. Upon arrival, deputies had to separate the parties. They learned that the suspect was told by her boyfriend not to come over, because his ex-wife was there visiting their daughter.
But the suspect came over anyway, the report said, banging on the back window of the apartment. She appeared very intoxicated, the report said.
When the boyfriend and ex-wife went outside of the apartment to see what was happening, the suspect grabbed the female victim by the hair and began hitting her.
The male attempted to pull them apart, but the suspect responded by striking him on the right side of his face, the report said.
The suspect was yelling and screaming at the scene after deputies arrived, the report said, causing a disturbance at the apartment complex. She was handcuffed and taken into custody, but refused to get into the patrol unit. Deputies had to assist her into the vehicle, where she managed to slip out of the restraints.
She was uncooperative and obstructing deputies, who had to reapply the handcuffs and assit her back into the patrol vehicle, the report said.
The suspect was eventually detained and tranported to the Carson City Jail for booking. Bail: $3,000.

— A 24 year-old man was arrested at the Carson City Jail Friday night at 9:21 p.m. on an active felony evading-eluding police warrant, a Carson City Sheriff's deputy reported.
Jeremiah Anthony Reyes was transported to the Carson City Jail from the Washoe County Detention Facility on the outstanding bench warrant, which was confirmed as issued by the Carson City District Court.
He was booked into the Carson City Jail without bail.
— A 57 year-old Carson City man was arrested Friday afternoon at 1:10 p.m. in the 1500 block of Walker Drive on an outstanding felony arrest warrant for grand larceny of a motor vehicle, a Carson City Sheriff's deputy reported.
Daniel Adrian McGillicuddy was taken into custody following a verbal domestic dispute at a residence. A records check of the suspect confirmed the active bench warrant issued by the Walker River Justice Court in Lyon County.
He was handcuffed and transported to the Carson City Jail for booking. Bail: $25,000.
— A 35 year-old man was arrested Friday night at 9:21 p.m. at the Carson City Jail on an outstanding bench warrant for gross misdemeanor petit larceny, a Carson City Sheriff's deputy reported.
According to the report, the suspect was transported from the Washoe County Detention Facility to the Carson City Jail on the active warrant, which was confirmed by jail staff as issued by the Carson City District Court.
He was booked into the jail without bail.
