Man wanted for felony battery returns to Carson City after being picked up in California
A 39-year-old man was booked into jail Tuesday for a felony warrant alleging battery resulting in substantial bodily harm following an incident at a local bar in March, according to a Carson City Sheriff's Office booking report.
Julian Obregon, listed as being from Walker, Calif., was taken into custody after being found last month by the Mono County Sheriff's Office in Coleville, Calif.
He was sought in an investigation for a fight at a Carson City bar and had a warrant, issued March 27, for his arrest alleging felony battery resulting in substantial bodily harm.
He was booked Tuesday after being transferred from the Mono County Jail. Bail: $20,000.
In other arrests:
— A 60-year-old woman was arrested late Tuesday for suspicion of trespassing and a Department of Alternative Sentencing violation, according to a Carson City Sheriff's Office booking report. Bail: $1,000 cash.
