Recent arrests: Carson City deputies book two for DUI, several on outstanding warrants

A 25-year-old Carson City man was arrested Monday in the 700 block of Hot Springs Road for misdemeanor suspicion of DUI, a Carson City sheriff’s deputy said.
According to the arrest report, deputies were called by a reporting person who said they had followed an intoxicated man who was driving and then came to a stop and passed out inside the vehicle.
Deputies arrived and found the man passed out behind the wheel of his running vehicle. After numerous attempts to wake him, he finally woke and didn’t know where he was. He had a complete loss of motor skills and could not stand without the use of a vehicle for stability or the officer’s assistance in holding him up, the arrest report states.
He provided a preliminary breath test of .264 and was arrested at 7:24 p.m. for suspicion of DUI. Bail: $1,132.
In other arrests:
— A 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested Tuesday, 3:10 a.m. in the 100 block of Conestoga for misdemeanor DUI, resisting a police officer with violence, no proof of insurance and hit and run causing property damage. The suspect provided evidentiary breath tests of .205 and .192. Bail: $3,618.
— A 35-year-old Carson City man was booked into jail Monday, 3:30 p.m. for a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant issued Jan. 5, 2017 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $3,000.
— A 27-year-old Carson City man was booked into jail Monday, 3:30 p.m. on a misdemeanor violation of suspended sentence warrant issued Nov. 29, 2016 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $3,000.
— A 42-year-old Carson City man was booked Monday, 4:30 p.m. for a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant issued May 12, 2016 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $1,595.
— A 38-year-old Carson City man was arrested Monday, 11:20 p.m. for a Washoe Tribe court warrant issued Sept. 29, 2016. Bail: $136.63.
— A 32-year-old Carson City man was booked into jail Monday, 11 a.m. for a violation of a suspended sentence misdemeanor warrant issued Jan. 18, 2017 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $1,000.
— A Carson City man was booked into jail Monday, 11 a.m. for misdemeanor warrants from 2014 and 2015. The first warrant was for petty larceny issued Sept. 5, 2014 and the second warrant, violation of an extended protection order, issued Jan. 27, 2015 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $3,200.
— A 34-year-old Carson City woman was arrested Monday in the area of Desatoya and Woodside Drive for a misdemeanor warrant issued out of Laughlin Township Justice Court. Bail: $285.
— A 19-year-old Reno man was arrested Monday, 9:31 a.m. int he 1800 block of East Long Street for misdemeanor suspicion of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bail: $637.
— A 29-year-old Carson City man was arrested Monday, 6:56 p.m. in the 1900 block of H Street for misdemeanor criminal contempt warrants issued Feb. 23 and again on Feb. 24. Bail: $6,000.
