Carson City detectives provide update, video of Saturday's armed robbery suspects

The Carson City Sheriff's Office has more details and surveillance video of the suspects in an armed robbery that happened early Saturday morning.
The Carson City Sheriff’s Office Investigation Division is asking for assistance in identifying the suspects in the armed robbery at Golden Gate Petroleum on Lompa Lane in Carson City at around 4 a.m. Saturday. The suspects had earlier attempted to gain entry into the Smoke Shop on Curry Street, in which video was collected.

Deputies obtained surveillance videos that showed three subjects walk to Golden Gate Petroleum in black masks. Two subjects entered the store and demanded money while holding a gun to the clerk.
Suspect number 1 was wearing light colored jeans, all black converse shoes, black shirt, grey hoodie, black mask and all white gloves. The second male suspect was wearing black ripped jeans, white shirt, white high top shoes, blue hoodie, black mask and all white gloves. The third suspect waiting outside was wearing black Adidas sweats with stripes down the side and a grey sweater.
Additional information has been received and the third lookout male has either red or blonde hair.
The suspects left running toward Menlo Drive.
It was later discovered that earlier that morning the Smoke Shop on Curry Street in Carson City had three suspects attempt to burglarize it. They arrived with a crowbar and broke a window trying to get in before running away. The three suspects match the suspects involved in the robbery at Golden Gate Petroleum.
If anyone has seen friends with large amounts of money recently or money that is uncommon for them to have please take notice.
