Sunday Afternoon Tea with the Carson City Historical Society
You are invited to the Carson City Historical Society's "Sunday Afternoon Tea" on Feb. 8, 2015, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Foreman-Roberts House, 1207 N. Carson St.
The "Tea" will feature a new menu by Chef Mauricio Leon of Capital Eats, which is located in the Westside Pour House in Carson City. Chef Mauricio has over 15 years of experience and has a passion for creating delicious foods and unique menus, using locally grown produce when they are available.
The tea is a fund-raiser for the completion of the interior of the Carriage House, located on the same property as the Foreman-Roberts House Museum. Ticket price is $30. Future "Sunday Afternoon Teas" are being planned for April 12, June 14, August 9, and Oct. 11.
