Nevada Day to Benefit Charity: Red's Old 395 Pancake Breakfast and Beers by the Bank

October 29, 2022 (All day) The Nevada Builders Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the Nevada Builders Alliance, will host two events on Saturday, Oct. 29 during the annual Nevada Day Parade. The events include a Nevada Day breakfast buffet at Red’s Old 395 Grill from 6 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. and the new “Beers by the Bank” next to Bank Saloon.
The Nevada Builders Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focusing its efforts on providing opportunities for Nevada students pursuing careers in the construction industry. To purchase tickets for the events or for more information, please visit www.nevadabuilders.org and click on the events tab.
The Foundation will kick-off its Nevada Day celebrations by hosting its 22nd annual pre-parade breakfast buffet at Red’s Old 395 Grill. Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the door; however, due to popularity, it is encouraged to purchase tickets in advance. Each year the breakfast offers a buffet of pancakes, eggs, bacon and more, plus plenty of hot chocolate and coffee for anyone wanting to start their Nevada Day with a meal from a local favorite. Red’s famous Bloody Mary’s and mimosas will also be available for purchase that morning.
“We look forward to our Nevada Day breakfast every year because it’s a great start to the day’s festivities,” said Jim Feser, board president of Nevada Builders Alliance. “We love to see people bring their families and then head off to the parade, all while supporting Nevada’s future builders through funds raised through the event. Prior years have raised thousands of dollars and we can’t wait to see how our community comes through to support again.”
In addition to the pre-parade breakfast, the Foundation will also set up ‘Beers by the Bank’ next to Bank Saloon during the parade. The Foundation will be pouring draft beers, including local favorites Battle Born Beer and The Depot, from a beer trailer donated by Comstock Concrete starting at the beginning of the parade until supplies last.
