WNFC Coyotes Ranked 1st in National Power Rankings
The Western Nevada FC Coyotes are ranked 1st in the UPSL National Power Rankings Week 1. The Coyotes of Carson City thus far this season have a record of 6 wins and 1 draw for a total of 19 points in the Wild West Conference that has earned them the top spot in the league, and now the top spot in the National Power Rankings.
Head Coach and GM, Ian Hill, is thrilled with the news that has come out. Coach Hill also knows there is a lot of soccer left to play this season, so this is what he had to say, “Tremendous honor to be recognized. It is a validation of our hard work, energy, and our effort that the players, coaches, and owners put in. In the whole scope of things, it's the beginning of the season, it's the first ranking. What we are focused on is being number one at the end of the season on the last day, but there's no doubt our players are proud.”
