Doug Sandall on the Feb. 28 Brother Dan Show
Streaming live every Monday from The Bank Saloon in Carson City, this week The Brother Dan Show welcomes multi-instrumentalist Doug Sandall on Feb. 28.
Local audiences 21 years of age are invited to attend the show in person from 4:30-6:30pm, (while enjoying free munchies from show sponsor and local restaurant Mangia Tutto) and online audiences can watch the show from 5:00-6:00pm.
Known for being the kilt-wearing leader of local band The Kindred Souls, where he mainly sings while playing both bass and harmonica, Doug Sandall has begun making a name for himself in the local singer/songwriter circuit, accompanying himself on the acoustic guitar. Sandall has recently announced a new lineup for The Kindred Souls, featuring guitarist Dale Poune and drummer Michele Zito.
The Brother Dan Show features mostly local artists in a casual setting, chatting and making music together, and gives the audience a more personal look into both their music and the artists themselves. The Bank Saloon is a great backdrop to this ongoing weekly production, is a proud supporter of local independent music, and is quickly becoming a mainstay of the local music scene.
Located at 418 S. Carson St. in Carson City, the venue features artwork from noted Nevada artists in this one-of-a-kind historic building. The venue features a rotating line-up of musical acts on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, in addition to The Brother Dan Show every Monday.
