Capital City Women's Club at Empire Ranch has two new Championship winners! Congratulations to Vicki Barbaria who won Low Gross Over the Field and Loretta Szymanski who won Low Net Over the Field. Vicki shot a 173 (Gross) and Loretta shot a 135 (Net) over the two day tournament. Great job ladies and to all the ladies who participated!! The Carson City Planning Commission approved a request for a Special Use Permit for a new retail marijuana store at the Sept. 28 meeting.
