My friend Pat is quite the perennial gardener. She has volunteered at the Wilbur D. May Arboretum for almost 20 years, gardening, planting and maintaining their gardens. Every year the Arboretum holds a plant sale. I have never attended, but I hear the plant selection is fantastic, offering many unique plants for our area.

Organizers of today's (Sunday) Carson City Symphony concert have decided to move the venue indoors at the Governor's Mansion' North Room (Larry Ruvo Stateroom).

Music Director David Bugli consulted several weather reporting systems (apps, websites, etc.), and has received several concerned calls and emails, and thus came to the conclusion that the chance of rain during the concert is more than likely.
