Douglas commissioners ban vacation home rentals north of Cave Rock at Lake Tahoe

The issuance of permits will end on Dec. 31, 2024, after the passing of a new ordinance.

Carson City Sheriff's Office to do second December alcohol compliance check

Minor decoys will be sent into local businesses in Carson City that have liquor licenses. The decoys will attempt to purchase alcohol, using their real identification.

RNR Tire Express coming to Highway 50 in Carson City

18-year-old jailed for DUI, drives wrong way on Carson City freeway with 2 teens on board
