The program is led by Ruth Chan a certified yoga instructor who teaches the Ashtanga style, with modifications to fit different physical levels, incorporating the 8-directional bending, twisting, and stretching to attain proper alignment.
Carson High girls cross country win state title again, 5 runners in top 10

The girls defended the title, with five runners finishing in the top 10.
