Nevada Economic Forum: Job growth projections expected to soar for Silver State

Job levels in Nevada are projected to exceed the pre-recession peak by 127,000 at the end of 2019, according a report presented Monday to Nevada’s Economic Forum by chief economist Bill Anderson for the Research and Analysis Bureau of the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation.

Nevada law enforcement to focus on impaired drivers now through Sunday

Law enforcement officers statewide will be Joining Forces with increased patrols efforts on the lookout for impaired drivers and riders from Monday, May 1 through Sunday, May 7. Making the decision to drive impaired can quickly turn a good time into a bad time with lasting consequences.
Carson City deputies make arrests for assault, fraud and felony warrants
