A few days ahead of Valentine's Day, weekend venues in Carson City helped get residents and visitors in the holiday spirit.
14th Annual Feast of Chocolate set for Saturday at Carson City Plaza Hotel

February 9, 2013 (All day) It's almost here! The 14th Annual Feast of Chocolate will be Saturday Feb. 9, 12 – 3 p.m. This all-you-can-eat full buffet of chocolate treats is presented by the American Association of University Women, Capital Branch. Proceeds of the event benefit local scholarships and the AAUW Educational Opportunities Fund.
This year’s FOC will be held at the Plaza Hotel and Conference Center, 801 S. Carson St, Carson City. Tickets are $13 and $8 at the door, or purchase early and pay just $10 for adults and $5 for children. Call (775) 267-4515 for tickets or information.
