Vandals damage new Battle Born Memorial on the state capitol grounds in Carson City

A newly dedicated memorial on the State Capitol grounds in Carson City was damaged Monday by vandals on razor scooters and bicycles, according to the Nevada Department of Public Safety Capitol Police.
