August 14, 2017 (All day) Carson City Parks and Recreation Youth Programs has partnered with the Carson City Salvation Army to collect school supplies and backpacks for children in our community.

August 19, 2016 - 6:00pm Carson City Parks and Recreation Youth Programs partnered with the Salvation Army to start up a school supply donation drive. Our Summer Camp children and families have now helped us fill 5-plus large bins with school supplies and backpacks.
