Darryl Parker, 43, faces DUI, marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle warrant out of Lyon County, according to the arrest report.

Carson City man faces felony charge of failing to register as a sex offender

Leon Gene Rutherford, 30, who's address on the arrest report was listed as being in the 700 block of Silver Oak Drive in Carson City, faces the felony charge. His bail has been set at $2,500.
According to a Carson City Sheriff's Office arrest report, deputies responded to a domestic dispute between a man and woman at an apartment on Silver Oaks Drive at 9:31 p.m. on June 11.

The National Weather Service in Reno and www.carsonweather.com reports freezing temperatures and snow showers will remain tonight that may produce slick roads across the region. The goods news is that there shouldn't be significant amounts. Significant meaning more than 2 inches.
Carson City woman faces drug charge after unprescribed pill found in bottle
Submitted by editor on Mon, 05/17/2010 - 1:26pmA traffic stop near Airport Road in Carson City resulted in the arrest of two women, one of whom allegedly was in possession of a pharmaceutical drug without a prescription.
According to the arrest report, a vehicle was stopped on Sunday and an unidentified driver was arrested for DUI.
During the investigation, a deputy asked the arresting officer to have the vehicle towed. While conducting a vehicle inventory, a deputy found an orange pill bottle with the suspect's name on the top, according to the arrest report. The suspect was a passenger in the vehicle.
