This week's Capital Crossfire, Shelly Aldean and Karl Neathammer welcome guests Judge Kristin Luis and Carson City Chief Juvenile Probation Officer Ben Bianchi. The discussion is today’s juvenile justice system and the segment is called “Our Youth At Risk.”

Judge Kristin N. Luis was appointed Juvenile Court Special Master for the First Judicial District Court in October 2010, to replace David I. Nielsen who retired from the position in November 2010. Kristin was a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno and Gonzaga University, School of Law.
