Carson City’s 'The Wheelhouse' moves to new location near Mills Park

Carson City’s The Wheelhouse, which specializes in all things skating, scootering, bicycling and more, has moved their location to 1800 E. William Street, Suite No. 1, to be closer to the Mills Park Skate Park and more centrally located within town.
The Wheelhouse has always been heavily involved in the Carson City community, from hosting skate and scooter competitions to one-on-one training sessions with kids, all with the value of instilling confidence and camaraderie in mind.

Even patients who have worked hard all their life can find themselves struggling to afford necessities such as keeping their lights on, buying gas (for travel to treatment), and covering the high cost of medicine. As one of the regions only organizations providing such support for patients, Carson Tahoe is their only safety net.

This Saturday is all about film appreciation around the area. The Carson City International Film Festival wraps up today inside the newly renovated Bob Boldrick Theater at the Carson City Community Center, while the Tahoe Adventure Film Festival occurs at CVIC Hall in Minden.
