Good day Carson City, it is Friday, Oct. 5, 2018. Nothing like a cool down and fall color changes for a nice kick start to the weekend. Among today's featured events are a dodgeball tournament fundraiser for domestic violence awareness month, art showings and reception, live music, standup comedy and more.

September 9, 2016 - 5:00pm The Capital City Arts Initiative announces its exhibition, Silver State Swimmer, with artwork by Michael Malley at the city’s Sierra Room located in the Community Center, 851 E William Street, Carson City. CCAI will host a reception for the artist on Friday, September 9, 5-7pm in the Sierra Room. The free exhibition is available to the public from July 11 - November 10, 2016.
