April 9, 2016 - 10:00am Sierra Chapter 403 Experimental Aircraft Association will host a Build-A-Plane project for students interested in aviation. The program is in conjunction with the chapter's Young Eagle program which promotes aviation through volunteer introductory flights for children ages 8-17.
