December 1, 2021 (All day) Still in need of the COVID-19 vaccine? There is now an additional location to get your shot. Our Dayton site (901 Medical Center Dr.) is now offering the Pfizer vaccine for ages 5 and older. You can get either your initial shot, or the booster. Walk-ins are welcome, but you can also sign-up through your MyChart account.
