Monday’s starting out a little damp and chilly. Got to love that Northern Nevada weather, right? Expect the temperature to yo-yo between 50s one day and 60s the next all week, with a breeze and some rain thrown in the mix. Author and meditation instructor Molly Dahl leads a workshop designed to help participants create healthier, more balanced lives at the Adam’s Hub on West Proctor Street. No reason to get the Monday blues, but you can head to karaoke at the Fox Brewpub if you want to sing them anyway.

Dahl, whose 2015 book Youth Positive, Exploring the Unique Genius of Every 21st Century Adolescent shared emotional-balance tactics for teens, is now setting her sights on the area’s stressed-out adults.
