CARSON CITY – Lucky baccarat players on the Las Vegas Strip were a major contributor to a 4.7 percent decline in Nevada statewide gaming revenues in May, the Gaming Control Board reported today.

April Statewide Gaming Win Down 5.7 Percent, Vegas Strip Off Less Than 1 Percent

CARSON CITY – Statewide April gaming revenues declined 5.7 percent compared to the same month in 2009, the Nevada Gaming Control Board reported today.
Gaming win by Nevada casinos totaled $810 million in April compared to $859 million won in April 2009.
For the first 10 months of the fiscal year that began July 1, gaming revenues total $8.7 billion, 4 percent below the $9.1 billion reported for fiscal year 2009.
