There is no movement in yoga nidra. You simply lie down, relax, and allow the words of the practice to reset your nervous system, calm your mind, and restore your heart. All levels welcome.
Join seasoned yoga teacher Molly Dahl at Ascent Psychical Therapy, 4560 S. Carson St., Ste. 2, Carson City, on Friday, Sept 9 at 5:30 for a practice of letting go of stress, anxiety, depression, worry, fear and any other stuff you don't want rolling around in your heart and mind.
