East Silver Saddle Ranch clean-up hosted Sept. 11 by Carson City Parks, Recreation and Open Space
Join us. Sept. 11, 2018 is National Day of Service. The Carson City Parks, Recreation and Open Space department invites you to come out and participate in a river clean-up of East Silver Saddle Ranch. The parking lot is located a mile off of the Carson River Road, turn onto Sierra Vista Lane.
National Day of Service (9/11) is a national volunteer day. CCPROS is dedicating this day by asking volunteers to come out and help clean up East Silver Saddle Ranch, one of our beautiful open spaces!
This area is heavily used by the public, leading to large amounts of trash accumulating along the river. We are currently working on re-vamping this area. Join us for an hour to learn more about our efforts to help make this area more family friendly and participate in a short clean-up along the river.
We have 25 spots available! Anybody interested please sign-up, by going to: www.carson.org/volunteeringparks
Under the upcoming volunteer events click on "here" to find out how to sign-up!
The event is from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
