Adams Hub hosts free workshop Wednesday for local businesses
What is Google My Business? It’s a free, easy-to-use tool to reach their customers and potential customers in their local area Google searches.
Your Google My Business listing appears when local customers search for products or services similar to yours and then adds you to those search and map results. You can provide up-to-date information including hours of operation, contact and reviews. It also allows customers to get directions, call or direct message you.
Join Amanda Long, Smart Marketing Squad’s chief digital marketer as she walks you step-by-step through setting up and optimizing your Google My Business listing to get more eyes on your business. The event is Wednesday, July 7 from 2 to 3 p.m. at Adams Hub, 111 West Proctor Street.
Who Should Attend?
● Small business owners and teams who serve their local area community
● Small business owners who do not have a physical location who serve their local geographical area
● Retail, service-based, restaurant or food businesses
Attendees should make sure they have access to their Google account (Gmail/GDrive). We will need this to create, claim or edit your Google My Business listing.
You will leave this workshop with your Google My Business listing set up and optimized for business growth and a strategy to follow going forward.
