Best I can tell, St. Patrick’s Day parties are not deterred by a little snowfall. There will be no parade in Virginia City, but the Rocky Mountain Oyster Fest is on. Dayton Valley Branch Library to host March 9-10 book sale

The sale will open at 9:00 AM on Friday and close at 5:00 PM. Saturday hours are 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
There will be a large inventory of donated books available for sale. The event is sponsored by the Friends of the Dayton Valley Branch Library. All proceeds benefit the local branch library and the Lyon County Library System as a whole.
