Carson Girls U10 Softball – Pink Diamond pick up win against the Twisters

In an unfortunate forfeit, the U10 CarsonNow.org Pink Diamonds brought their season record to 5-3 against the short-handed Carson Nugget/Gilson Auto Body Twisters. The teams went on to play with Pink Diamonds Savana Sharp graciously playing for the Twisters. After four innings, the score was Pink Diamonds 11 and Twisters 10.

Carson Girls U10 Softball – Sweet Peas defeat Pink Diamonds

In a well-pitched outing by both teams, the Carson Valley Helping Hands Thrift Store Sweet Peas earned their first win of the season, beating the CarsonNow.org Pink Diamonds 11-5 in a regulation six innings.

Carson Girls U10 Softball – Pink Diamonds defeat Dayton Little Devils

The CarsonNow.org Pink Diamonds brought their season record to 4-2 with a win over the Affordable Paralegal Services Dayton Little Devils, 19-14.

During the 4 inning contest, the pitchers for the Little Devils were: Emmy Mills – 5 runs, no hits, 8 walks, no strike outs; and, Temia Powell – 14 runs, 3 hits, 17 walks, 3 strike outs. For the Pink Diamonds: Kelley Barr – 5 runs, 5 hits, 1 walk, 2 strike outs; and, Tezia Boice – 9 runs, 6 hits, 6 walks, 8 strike outs.

Carson Girls U10 Softball – Pink Diamonds defeat Killer Kiwis 15-4

The CarsonNow.org Pink Diamonds improved their season record to 3-2 with a win over the HDR Killer Kiwis, 15-4.

During the 5-inning contest, the pitchers for the Killer Kiwis were: Destiny Ordaz Vidovich – 10 runs, 3 hits, 7 walks, 4 strike outs; Killy Suina – 5 runs, 2 hits, 4 walks, no strike outs; and, Kassidy Cooley – no runs, no hits, 3 walks, 3 strike outs.

The CarsonNow.org Pink Diamonds brought their season record to 2-2 with a win over the Little Tykes Too Royal Ladies, 18-11.

During the 5-inning contest, the pitchers for the Royal Ladies were: Audrey Vidovich – 10 runs, 1 hit, 15 walks, 1 strike out; Regan Lowe – 6 runs, 3 hits, 7 walks, 4 strike out; and, Lexi Phillipi – 2 runs, 1 hit, 1 walk, 3 strike outs. For the Pink Diamond: Bryar Fancher - 5 runs, 2 hits, 4 walks, 1 strike out; Tezia Boice – 2 runs, 3 hits, 3 walks, 6 strike outs; and, Alexis Fox – 4 runs, 1 hit, 4 walks, 2 strike outs.

In U10 league action Thursday at Edmonds Park, the CarsonNow.org Pink Diamonds earned their first win of the year over the Gilson Auto Body/Carson Nugget Twisters, 18-10.

During the 4-inning contest, the pitchers for the Twisters were: Ashley Wood, 2 hits, 9 walks, 4 strike outs, 9 runs; Faith Bigelow, no hits, 4 walks, 2 strike outs and 5 runs; and, Abi Golik, no hits, 2 strike outs, 5 walks and 4 runs. For the Pink Diamonds, Annabelle Crawford, 3 hits, 5 walks, 1 strike out, 5 runs; and, Tezia Boice, 6 hits, 1 walk, 4 strike outs, and 5 runs.

Carson Girls U10 Softball – Royal Ladies vs. Pink Diamonds

In U10 league action Tuesday at Edmonds Park, the Little Tykes Too Royal Ladies squeaked out a narrow victory over the CarsonNow.org Pink Diamonds, 10-9.

During the 5-inning contest, the pitchers for the Royal Ladies were: Audrey Vidovich, 1 hit, 8 walks, 6 strike outs, 8 runs; and, Lexi Phillipi, 1 hit, 3 walks, 6 strike outs and 1 run. The first game of the season for these two U10 teams, was exciting. The final score was Tidal Waves 14, Pink Diamonds 9.

For the Tidal Waves, Kailie Lushar pitched 3 fine innings, with 7 strike outs, 1 walk and allowing 2 runs.

Top hitters were: Kailee Lushar (2), Maali DeLeon (1) and Kedre Lushar (1). Scoring runs were: Brigette Quintero (2), Kendal Moore (3), Kedre Lushar (2), Kailee Lushar (3), Maali DeLeon, Sydney Fields, Grace Foster and Jordan Sheppard.
