Local Author, Sandie La Nae, is having a book signing at the St. Charles Hotel on Sunday August 5, 2012, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Her new book, "St. Charles Hotel The Wild West Past The Haunted Present" is a tribute to all who have owned and managed the buildings, to those who have rented rooms, and to those whose lives ended within the walls.

This is the opening paragraph of local author Jeani Ambrose’s first published book, Legacy of the Father. Legacy can best be described as a paranormal mystery with romantic overtones.

Joe Conforte is unquestionably one of the originals who made Nevada what it is, for better or worse. His book "Breaks, Brains and Balls," written with the help of local author David W.
