CASA BoD Information Hour

Event Date:
September 15, 2016 - 6:00pm

We are holding a "CASA Board Recruitment Information Hour" to answer questions from interested community members and give information on what it means to be a board member.

Part 3 in a series of CASA of Carson City: Who Are Our Foster Kids?

In part three of this series, we will discuss the foster kids that CASA Volunteers work with. Foster kids are just that, kids. They are tall, short, fat, skinny and average sized. They have blonde, brown, black, red hair and blue, brown, hazel eyes. They have olive, freckled, light complexions. They love sports, animals, music and cartoons. They want to grow up to be doctors, fireman, models, and astronauts. They are kids.
