Carson High Safe Grad program has been an annual tradition in Carson City for over 20 years. It provides our graduating seniors with a safe and sober, all night celebration on the evening of their graduation, followed by a trip to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom amusement park in Northern California.

In addition, each member delivers a 10 minute presentation about his or her business to the general membership approximately once per quarter. Business issues, upcoming events, mixers, community events, trade shows, etc are discussed each week. Referrals are exchanged by the members and ideas are offered.

Nevada state parks grants available from recreational trails program
Submitted by Jeff Munson on Tue, 01/07/2014 - 11:30amThe Nevada Division of State Parks administers grant funds from the Recreational Trails Program of the Federal Highway Administration. Approximately $1.2 million in funding is available for the 2014 fiscal year.
Applications are due Friday, March 7, 2014 by 5 p.m. Federal, state, city and county governments, special governmental districts, trail organizations and private individuals are potentially eligible for the grants.
