Please join Bike Habitat and Muscle Powered for the 7th Annual Tour of Carson City bicycle ride! May is Bike Month in Carson City, and we’ll be kicking off the festivities with this fun ride on Sunday, May 4th. Signups are at 9:00 AM, ride begins at 9:30 AM. The ride will begin and end at the Bike Habitat, and tour around the perimeter of Carson City for a moderately paced 27-30 mile bike ride.

Bounce Party has started a new opportunity for customers that they call "Date Night." The next date is Friday, April 25. This is a "drop in" event in which parents can drop off their 5 years old and up child at Bounce Party and have a night out on the town.

Economic development authorities, nonprofits and towns in rural Nevada that want to support rural business or create a revolving loan fund for business may now apply for USDA Rural Development’s Rural Business Enterprise Grant. An estimated $82,060 is available. Applications are due by June 30, 2014.

Carson City, Nev. – In honor of Nevada’s 150th birthday, the Nevada Sesquicentennial Commission invites all elementary age children in Nevada to participate in choosing the design elements for the third Sesquicentennial medallion.
