This Saturday is all about film appreciation around the area. The Carson City International Film Festival wraps up today inside the newly renovated Bob Boldrick Theater at the Carson City Community Center, while the Tahoe Adventure Film Festival occurs at CVIC Hall in Minden.
Tahoe Adventure Film Festival Feb. 23 in Minden
Submitted by Carson Now Reader on Thu, 02/07/2019 - 10:03amThe Douglas High School Interact Club is bringing the Tahoe Adventure Film Festival to the Carson Valley on Saturday, February 23, 2019.
The festival will screen at the CVIC at 1604 Esmeralda Avenue in Minden with doors opening at 6 p.m. for the 7 p.m. showing. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students, and are available at the door. Refreshments will be available for purchase and a raffle will be held.
The Tahoe Adventure Film Festival is a fast-paced, high-energy evening of highlights from the best adventure sports films of the year.
