Given that every family has its own unique story, it is important for each person to create his or her own plan for self-improvement. C.I.R.C.L.E.S. encourage individuals in productive ways to improve their own situations and, by extension, their communities, while inspiring and networkings with one another.
Each Circle consists of a family determined to get out of poverty and three to four Community Allies who befriend the family and support them on their journey toward self-sufficiency. Go here for more information on the organization and its programs in the community.
