Former Kim Lee’s sushi in downtown Carson City has new owners, to become Sumi Sushi

A new sushi restaurant will be opening in downtown Carson City at the site of the former Kim Lee’s and Capital City Sushi location.

The new restaurant, known as Sumi Sushi, has announced its new ownership and name through a sign on the restaurant door, as well as on their website, https://sumi-sushi.com/

Menu items include classic sushi rolls, poke, and many specials such as a lunch box sushi, house specials and special pricing for all you can eat.

It is not known when the new restaurant, at 319 North Carson Street, will be opening, but their website states hours will be from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.
