Carson City sheriff's deputies make arrests for alcohol, drug related offenses
A 41-year-old Carson City man was arrested Tuesday, 8:51 p.m. in the 2400 block of North Carson Street for misdemeanor violation of suspended sentence conditions, a sheriff's deputy report states.
According to the arrest report, deputies were called to the area regarding an intoxicated subject. Deputies located the man in the passenger side of a vehicle, passed out. Deputies spoke with the man, who identified himself. Dispatch advised he was on alternative Sentencing with a "no alcohol" clause.
The man showed signs that he was intoxicated. He refused to submit to a preliminary breath test. Alternative Sentencing advised the officer to place the man under arrest for suspicion of violation of conditions. Bail: $1,000.
— A 39-year-old Carson City man, Adrian Lee Jones, was arrested Tuesday, 11:58 p.m. in the 1800 block of North Edmonds for suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, a felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to the arrest report, the man was in possession of .05 grams of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. Bail: $3,137.
— A 42-year-old Carson City woman was arrested Tuesday, 11:58 p.m. in the 1800 block of North Edmonds for a misdemeanor warrant alleging battery. The warrant was issued Oct. 14, 2019 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $250.
