Carson City investigators ask for public's help identifying owner of vehicle connected to crimes
The Carson City Sheriff's Office is requesting the public's help in identifying the owner of a black Toyota 4 Runner that was used to commit several crimes in Carson City early last month.
On Oct. 8 at approximately 10 a.m. a white male adult took a victim's wallet from his vehicle at the Carson Hot Springs. The suspect drove to Walmart at 3200 Market St in Carson City and used the victims credit cards to purchase merchandise.
The suspect's vehicle is a black Toyota 4 Runner with black wheels and tires. The vehicle had roof racks, a brush guard, fog lamps, and floor boards. The Toyota appeared to be the body style from 1996-2002. Click through photos.
