Carson City arrests: Man jailed for trespassing after refusing to leave hospital
A 58-year-old transient was arrested early Tuesday for trespassing after refusing to leave the hospital after he had been released, a Carson City sheriff’s deputy said.
According to the arrest report, at around 2:50 a.m. deputies were sent to the emergency room at Carson Tahoe Hospital on Medical Parkway for a male subject who had been treated and released and then discharged. He refused to leave the location after being repeatedly asked to leave by staff and security, the arrest report states.
Two deputies asked the man to leave the location due to him being cleared medically and discharged. The man refused to leave and told them to take him to jail. Hospital security read the man a trespassing warning. The suspect then walked outside, and again refused to leave after several more warnings to leave. He was then arrested for trespassing. Bail: $242.

— A 48-year-old Nampa, Idaho man who was an inmate at Carson City Jail was booked booked at 10:57 a.m. for a misdemeanor failure to appear traffic warrant issued Sept. 11, 2018 out of Fernley Municipal Court. Bail: $530.
— A 40-year-old transient was booked Monday into Carson City Jail for a failure to appear traffic citation warrant issued Sept. 21, 2018 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $855.
