Alzheimer's Association offers caregiving support groups in Carson City
Do you live in Carson City or the surrounding area? Do you have a loved one you care for that has Alzheimer's or another form of dementia? If yes, let us support you through your challenging and new situation. We are here to help you.
The Alzheimer's Association of Northern California and Northern Nevada has two in-person support groups that provide a place where you can learn, share, and be with others who understand and appreciate your caregiving journey. This group aims to help with providing information, hope for living a value centered life, and supporting you as a caregiver.
The group meetings are held twice a month.
On the 2nd Wednesdays at the Carson Tahoe Cancer Center Conference Room at 1535 Medical Parkway (1:00pm to 3:30pm) and on the 4th Wednesdays at the Carson City Senior Center, 911 Beverly Drive (2:30pm to 4:00pm).
These meetings are for the caregivers only.
