Carson City deputies make felony, misdemeanor warrant arrests
A 19-year-old Carson City man was arrested Wednesday night in the 900 block of North Carson Street for a felony warrant alleging burglary, a sheriff’s deputy said.
Jarrod Ratcliffe was taken into custody at 11:45 p.m. on the warrant, issued Sept. 7, 2018 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $10,000.
In other arrests:
— A 25-year-old Carson City man was arrested Wednesday in the area of Eighth and Carson Street for a misdemeanor contempt of court warrant, driving with suspended registration and a suspended license.
According to the arrest report a deputy made a traffic stop on a vehicle with suspended registration. The vehicle didn’t stop for several blocks but ultimately did so at Curry and 8th streets after making several detours up to, and back from, Nevada Street.
Dispatch advised the driver had a suspended license and a confirmed warrant issued Sept. 12, 2018 out of East Fork Township Court. Bail: $1,249.
— A female transient was arrested Wednesday, 8:26 p.m. in the 1600 block of Medical Parkway for a misdemeanor failure to appear warrant issued Sept. 11, 2018 out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $500.
