Carson City investigators seeks identity of suspect who stole debit card from elderly person
The Carson City Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a suspect allegedly involved in elder exploitation. The suspect used an elderly woman's debit card, made several purchases and withdrew several hundred dollars in cash.
On July 4, 2019 an elderly Carson City resident with dementia was visited by an unknown female offering to help her get groceries from the store. The elderly victim provided the female with a shopping list and her debit card. The female never returned.
