Officers arrived in front of the residence and met with the 33-year-old woman, described as grossly intoxicated. She advised that she had been in a verbal argument with her mother who she said had left prior to arrival from deputies.

She told officers of how she held onto the vehicle as her mother drove away, falling to the ground and receiving abrasions on her head, arms, side and legs. The woman declined medical treatment.

Deputies asked the woman if anyone was in the home or if anyone had left. The woman advised that everyone had left and only a child was inside the home. She advised she wanted to go inside and sit down. While inside the residence, the woman was asked again by officers if anyone was in the home.
